How to Measure
Follow these standard body measurement guidelines using a flexible cloth tape measure for the most accurate sizing.
1. Chest
Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your chest, directly under the armpits. Keep the tape level and comfortably snug without pulling tight.
2. Garment Length
Measure straight down from the highest point of the shoulder seam beside the collar to the bottom hem of the shirt or polo.
3. Waist
Measure around your natural waistline where your uniform trousers typically sit. Keep one finger between the tape and your body for ease.
4. Inseam / Leg Length
Measure along the inside of the trouser leg, from the crotch seam down to the bottom of the ankle bone or desired trouser cuff break.
5. Foot Length
Place your heel against a flat wall on a sheet of paper. Mark the tip of your longest toe and measure the straight-line distance in centimeters or inches.
