Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at jahaazi.com and all associated services, apparel requisitions, and bespoke tailoring offered by Jahaazi ("we," "our," "us").
By accessing our website, browsing our collections, or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our platform or purchase our products.
Eligibility & User Accounts
Jahaazi provides premium merchant navy apparel, officer rank gear, and maritime essentials. To purchase items through our store:
- You must be at least 18 years of age or possess legal parental/guardian consent to enter into binding financial transactions.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete requisition details, including delivery contact information, sizing parameters, and customization specifications.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
Bespoke Customization & Sizing Accuracy
A signature service of Jahaazi is the precise personalization of maritime apparel, including rank insignia, embroidered officer names, sleeve stripes, and chest emblems.
We strive to display garment colours, embroidery details, and rank insignias with maximum technical precision; however, slight visual variations may occur depending on display calibrations and fabric dye batches.
Pricing, Taxes & Payments
All prices displayed on Jahaazi are denominated in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹) and are inclusive of applicable goods and service taxes unless specified otherwise.
- Payment Gateways: Payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways supporting UPI, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and Net Banking.
- Order Confirmation: A contract of sale is formed once full payment authorization is received and an official Order Confirmation with an assigned Requisition ID is issued.
- Price Adjustments: We reserve the right to revise catalog pricing, promotional offers, or shipping rates without prior notice; however, revisions will not affect orders already confirmed.
Dispatch, Logistics & Delivery
Jahaazi delivers across all serviceable Indian postal codes through verified courier partners:
Standard Apparel
Non-personalized items are typically dispatched within 24–48 hours of order confirmation.
Personalized Uniforms
Items requiring custom embroidery or rank insignia tailoring require 2–4 business days of production prior to dispatch.
Tracking & Transit
Air/surface tracking numbers are generated upon dispatch for real-time delivery monitoring.
Port & Academy Delivery
Deliveries to maritime academies or port forwarding addresses require full recipient and gate details for smooth handover.
Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Our return and refund standards are designed with transparency and fairness:
- Non-Customized Items: Eligible for returns or size exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, in original condition with tags intact.
- Bespoke Personalized Items: Because personalized items (custom embroidered names, rank insignia) are made to individual specifications, they are non-returnable unless there is an embroidery defect, tailoring flaw, or physical transit damage.
- Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If an order arrives damaged or with incorrect rank specifications, notify our support team within 48 hours of receipt with photo verification for prompt replacement.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content on Jahaazi—including brand logos, product designs, garment typography, insignia patterns, imagery, software code, and editorial text—is the exclusive intellectual property of Jahaazi and is protected under applicable trademark, copyright, and design laws.
Unauthorized duplication, reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of any Jahaazi assets is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Jahaazi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products, courier delays beyond our operational control, or temporary site downtime.
Our total aggregate liability for any proven claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the actual purchase amount paid by you for the specific item in question.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions and any contractual disputes arising from the purchase of Jahaazi products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal proceedings or dispute resolutions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
