Because personalized garments (custom embroidered names, designated officer rank stripes, and tailored insignias) are produced exclusively to your individual specifications, they are non-returnable and non-exchangeable for sizing preferences.

Exception Guarantee: If a personalized garment arrives with a verified tailoring defect, embroidery inaccuracy differing from your approved submission, or physical transit damage, we will replace or rectify the item at zero cost to you.

Once payment authorization is complete, you will receive an immediate Order Confirmation with your assigned Requisition ID via email and SMS. You can reference this Requisition ID for all future inquiries.

Yes. When placing an order for academy or port forwarding delivery, please ensure you provide the recipient's full name, cadet/officer roll number, hostel/gate details, and an active mobile number so the courier can arrange a smooth handover.

For non-customized, standard catalog items, we offer a 7-day return and exchange window from the date of confirmed delivery. Items must be in unworn, unwashed condition with original tags and protective packaging intact.

Please inspect your package upon delivery and notify our customer support team within 48 hours with photographic verification of the defect or damage. Once verified, our team will dispatch a priority replacement or arrange a full refund without deductions.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned garment at our facility (1–2 business days), approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method (UPI, Card, or Net Banking) within 5–7 business days.
